2. Where are your products shipped from?
Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which may be located in different countries. This helps us offer a wide variety of items at competitive prices.
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the supplier and destination:

- International orders: Typically 1-2 weeks
Please note that these are estimates, and delays may occur due to customs or other factors beyond our control.
4. Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We only offer cash refunds if:
- The product arrives defective or damaged.
- The product does not match the description provided.
- The product is not delivered within the maximum estimated timeframe (excluding customs or external delays).
Otherwise, we provide store credit equal to the product value for future purchases. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
5. How do I request a return or claim?

6. What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
Orders can take longer than expected due to customs or shipping delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us and we’ll investigate the issue.
7. Do you cover customs or import fees?
No. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, as we process them quickly to ensure timely shipping. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.

We do not handle or offer manufacturer warranties. However, most of our products are manufactured by brands that does provide 1 year of guarantee. You should check directly with the brand. Although, we ensure every product is inspected and packaged correctly before shipping. For defective items, please follow our claim process.
12. Do you ship internationally?
